IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: BALLOT ON PAY INCREASE PROPOSAL
Following a ballot of Connect Trade Union members the proposal on an additional pay increase for 2023 and another increase in 2024 has been accepted (96% in favour of acceptance).
We will now confirm the outcome with the WRC/ENJIC and the Employer Bodies to ensure the increase is applied on the appropriate dates.
Our members will now see an additional increase of 2.7% in October 2023 and another 2.7% in June 2024 resulting in the following rates;

| 4th Year Apprentice | €20.39 | €20.94 |
| 3rd Year Apprentice | €16.57 | €17.01 |
| 2nd Year Apprentice | €11.47 | €11.78 |
| 1st Year Apprentice | €8.92 | €9.16 |
